Starting out right can be the most challenging part of planning your own wedding. We will point you in the right direction. During our meeting we will:

• Provide referrals of providers, who offer high-quality products & services. We will ensure these providers are available for your wedding date and within your budget.
• Show you how to establish a realistic budget and how to track all financial transactions.
• Give you a general timeline to assist you in creating your own monthly schedule, and wedding day schedule. Your wedding day schedule should be sent to be all necessary participants to ensure cooperation.
• Provide you with informational planning material on topics such as; invitations, flowers, photographer/videography, etc...
• Answer all your wedding topic questions.

Fee: $250 - $500

Complete Wedding Package

This package is for those who require a little more guidance, and assistance throughout the entire wedding planning process. This package includes all the services provided in the 'fresh start' package and more:

• Assist in establishing a realistic budget.
• Create a personalized tracking report (every 4 to 6 weeks) to keep you abreast of expenditures.
• Have 4 to 7 follow-up meetings at your discretion. Meetings can be held at possible reception sites, or any other venue you desire.
• Create a wedding day schedule for you and send copies to all your vendors, wedding party and both sets of parents.
• Provide referrals of providers, who offer high-quality products & services. We will ensure these providers are available for your wedding date and within your budget
• Provide you with informational planning material on topics such as; invitations, flowers, photographer/videography, etc...
• Provide ideas and suggestions in areas where you need help
• 10% off wedding invitations ordered from Riselng Events
• Answer all your wedding topic questions.
• Create your personalized monthly schedule

Fee: starts at $1,000

Wedding Day Plans

Perhaps you have already planned your wedding, but need someone to ensure everything you planned comes together smoothly. Here is what we'll do:

• Provide on-site coordination of rehearsal
• Provide on-site coordination of ceremony
• Oversee vendor setups, and contact them if tardy
• Assist with the ceremony processional (as rehearsed)
• Cue processional music/soloist and ceremony commencement
• Ensure late guests to not interfere/interrupt ceremony
• Provide on-site coordination of reception
• Oversee vendor setups, and contact them if tardy
• Greet guest and direct them to Cocktail Hour
• Cue music/MC for arrival of couple
• Meet with you prior to the wedding to discuss important details and concerns
• Create a wedding day itinerary (which will be sent to all participants)
• Confirm your chosen vendors
• Be your liaison between you and your vendors 
•  Distribute your thank-you notes, final payments and gratuities
• 10% off wedding invitations ordered from Riselng Events
• Personal care and assistance throughout your wedding day

Please Note: For weddings with more than 200 guests, it is recommended to have at least two coordinators on site

Fee: $250 - $1,500

The Everything Package

Riselng Events will take care of every last detail from beginning to end. This package is most appealing because we partner with you to make your wedding day a joyous success. This package encompasses all the services listed is our previous packages; while costing you less than selecting them individually.

A La Carte

You may not need a strict package, but you may just want someone to talk to every now and then to answer etiquette questions, or give an opinion on wedding favors, etc... Perhaps all you need is a wedding day itinerary, whatever it is, we can do it. Package is priced at an hourly rate, and charges consist of any time speaking with the bride/groom and any vendor associated with the wedding. Examples of what we can do for you are:

• Assist in establishing a realistic budget.
• Meet at possible reception sites, or any other venue you desire.
• Create a wedding day itinerary
• Provide referrals of providers, who offer high-quality products & services. We will ensure these providers are available for your wedding date and within your budget.
• Create a personalized monthly schedule
• Provide you with informational planning material on topics such as; invitations, flowers, photographer/videography, etc...
• Answer all your wedding topic questions

Please Note: This package is not available for rehearsal or on the wedding day.

Fee: $55 per hour (2 hour minimum)
